We start with the real problem, not the request. We sit with the people closest to the learner, map what is actually happening, and name the outcome that would count as progress.

We design the curriculum and the cohort structure before anything gets made — structure, sequence, ownership, and the measures that will tell you whether it worked.

Build & Deploy
We make it, in the open, in short cycles. You see working pieces early, and the first cohort happens with the people who will live in it.
